What LoadLedger is — and isn't
- SaaS for independent freight dispatchers: Rate Con import, commission rules, dispatch-fee invoices, and weekly document archive.
- Carriers pay dispatch fees outside LoadLedger (ACH, wire, check, etc.). You manually record when payment arrives, including partial payments.
- We do not process carrier payments, hold funds, or provide payment links or a payment gateway.
- Email invoice PDFs and send text-only overdue reminders — no online checkout for carriers.
- Factoring mode exports document packages for your factor — we do not provide factoring or financing.
- Your LoadLedger subscription is billed by Paddle (Merchant of Record) only.
LoadLedger subscription checkout is separate from carrier dispatch invoices.
